GARDEN GALLERY RETURN POLICY
Thank you so much for your appreciation of our work.
If the artwork is damaged in shipping, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery. You must send photos of damage to the packaging and the artwork so I can file an insurance claim. Please keep all packing materials until the claim is made.
If you wish to return the piece for any other reason, you may return it within 7 business days of receipt. The artwork must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging; we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Return shipping fees are the collector’s responsibility. Once the return is received in good condition, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
Hand-painting on wooden art pieces may vary slightly with each iteration of the design.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
